All special event bookings (up to 100 persons) include a property buy out.
The "buy out" of the lodge for your event includes the main lodge, pool areas, star gazing decks, courtyard, all casitas, 20+ acres and includes two nights lodging (for up to 18 persons) for your intimate enjoyment.

Our space is truly best for 100 person max events or less. (50-80 is the sweet spot) The grounds and property + this size headcount creates a purely intimate, exclusive, magical and unforgettable setting.
Only those approved for overnight lodging are allowed on property outside of contracted event(s).
All special events must be coordinated by a day-of planner selected from our preferred vendor list.
Catering must be provided by a company from our preferred vendor list.
Music must be off by 10:30pm and all non overnight approved guests must be off site by 11pm.
All alcohol and bar services will operate in-house with our beverage partner.
No infants, toddlers or children under the age of 8
(exceptions may be arranged for flower girl/ring bearer during the ceremony)
No glassware in the pool area.
No smoking unless in designated smoking areas.
Fireplace and fire pit must be coordinated with Cactus Moon staff and pending wind/burn ban status.
